What we are looking for is HIGHLY motivated people orientated individuals who are prepared to embrace a challenge (because it really is a challenge even with your hand held) to join our franchise family to be successful van based franchisees and company ambassadors in their own clearly defined territory.
In return for your commitment to the franchise family we will provide you with full training and mentoring in professional window cleaning and associated services.
Training starts in the training room at Purple HQ in Bristol, you will be learning lots, including Health & safety awareness, risk assessment and methodology statement preparation, glazing and frame types, reach and wash system methodology, traditional window cleaning methods, water purification and testing, filtration system maintenance and basic repair, direct, community and online marketing techniques, round management, client management, vehicle management (highly important as this is a van based franchise opportunity) and C R M software usage, accounting and lots more.
Practical training continues in the community on “live” established Purple Window Cleaning rounds (with real live clients!) and then on your own local territory with your new clients that we will generate for you whilst teaching you the skills to continue growing your client base.
Once you have completed your training we will continue to support you with ongoing mentoring and regular onsite training in your territory, unlimited telephone & e mail support and tea and sympathy on the inevitable cold days!
